We run regular wellness programs at Prameya Health, under the “Pragnyaa” umbrella of programs. Pragnyaa programs help in achieving the vision of Prameya Health by building healthy communities. These programs include yoga, fitness sessions, pranayama, and awareness sessions on chronic illnesses. There are also interesting & interactive sessions such healthy shipping tips, nutrition tips & myths, easy exercises for the busy man or woman with the aim of tackling some of the effects of the modern lifestyle.
Regular yoga sessions to stay healthy. Yoga exercises, breathing exercises, pranayama, stretches are a great way to start the day. Our yoga sessions are run 3 times a week every morning at the Yoga Hall in the Prameya Health Centre.
Therapeutic yoga sessions for specific ailments ranging from knee and back pain to Parkinson’s Disease. The yoga sessions are conducted by our expert yoga trainer with morning and evening batches three times a week.
