Hello! Being a person who experiences travel anxiety, I wanted to share my wonderful experience with the San Jose Airport Southwest Terminal. I flew out to see family in Arizona, and this terminal actually calmed me down. The check-in was simple to locate, and the Southwest employees didn't rush me. They were smiling, which quite frankly made a difference. The terminal itself isn't huge, which I adored—it means less chaos and a quieter atmosphere. I sat down at my gate and actually enjoyed observing people prior to the flight. The bathrooms were immaculate, and I was impressed by how friendly the security personnel were, even making jokes! Once it began boarding, it was orderly and without trouble. I departed feeling relaxed and prepared to meet up with my family.
